Information we collect

Information you provide.

Orders and account: your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number, order history, and account login details.
Contact form: your name, email, subject, and message when you contact us.
Payment details: entered at checkout and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders and provide customer service.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment information is handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We receive only the limited confirmation and transaction data needed to complete your order.

We share information only as needed to run our business:

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep order and account records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
