1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of wufyre.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from JSC Companies LLC, doing business as Wüfyre Coffee Roasters (“Wüfyre,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

JSC Companies LLC, doing business as Wüfyre Coffee Roasters, is an Idaho limited liability company based in Boise, Idaho, United States. Contact: info@wufyre.com. A full mailing address is available on request.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently sell and ship within the United States only.

4. Products, pricing, and availability

We sell roasted coffee and related goods. We try to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Prices and availability may change without notice. Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders, refunding any amount charged.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, or limit quantities, at our discretion. A confirmation email means we have received your order, not that we have accepted it. Acceptance occurs when we ship.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us and our processor to charge the total shown at checkout. You agree to the processor’s terms.

7. Shipping and risk of loss

We ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of your order. Please provide an accurate address; we are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address you provide.

8. Returns and refunds

Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Damaged, wrong, or defective orders. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will make it right. To request a remedy:

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and any packaging.

After we review your request, our remedy will be, at our discretion, a refund or a replacement of the purchase price for the affected item. Only one remedy is provided per order. We reserve the right to review a customer’s claim history and to decline claims that are abusive, fraudulent, or cannot be reasonably verified. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using it for unlawful purposes.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, images, logos, and the Wüfyre name and branding, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or use them without our permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated here, except those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

15. Dispute resolution: arbitration and class action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court. You and Wüfyre waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. Disputes will be handled on an individual basis only. If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder still applies to the extent permitted by law.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
